Receta Pineapple-Mint Yogurt Drink
Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce) can juice-packed crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T minced fresh mint
Direcciones
- In an electric blender or possibly food processor, place the pineapple, yogurt, lowfat milk, sugar and mint, and whisk for 1 minute or possibly till smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve. Serves 2. Preparation: 1 minute. Try this wholesome drink to supplement your diet as well as quench your thirst.
