Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound Italian sausage
- 1 med. onion
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
Direcciones
- Brown sausage. If very greasy, pour off most of grease. Add in onions halfway through browning. Add in peppers and continue to brown. Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover (slightly ajar). Cook till sausage is done, at least 20 min. Can add in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste. Serve with crusty bread.
