Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 quart. strawberry ice cream, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans fruit cocktail, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. minced pecans
- Mint leaves, optional
- Cherries, optional
Direcciones
- Combine cream cheese, ice cream and mayonnaise; blend well. Mix in fruit cocktail and pecans; pour into a 9 inch square pan. Freeze till hard.
- To serve: Place in refrigerator for 15 min; cut into squares. Garnish with mint and cherries. 6-8 servings.
