Receta Pita Bread Appetizer

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. oil (olive is best)
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 T chopped parsley and/or basil
- 5 pcs pita bread
- Tomato slices
- Black olive slices
- Roasted red pepper slices
- Marinated artichoke hearts, cut into thin slices
- Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix oil, garlic and parsley. Split pita and cut each half into 4 pcs. Brush pita pcs with oil mix. Spread pita pcs on cookie sheets. Arrange tomato slices, olive slices, artichoke slices on top--just a couple. Sprinkle with Parmesan and a bit of Kosher salt. Bake till lightly toasted, about 5 min.
