  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. hot water (105-115 degrees)
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 3/4-3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • Mozzarella cheese (big pkg. or possibly piece)
  • Italian sausage (from Domenicks)
  • Pizza sauce (Passonelli)
  • Dash of oregano

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water in 3 qt bowl. Stir in sugar, oil, salt and 1 c. of flour. Beat till smooth. Mix sufficient remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough on lightly floured surface; knead till smooth, about 5 min. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise till almost double; about 30 min. After it has risen; punch and press dough down on cookie sheet; covering all corner and up sides.
  2. Put as much sausage as desired; (I usually use 2 sausage links). Use any other toppings you want; mushroom, onion, green pepper, pepperoni, etc. Top with cheese or possibly just make cheese pizza. Cook for 12 min or possibly till brown and bubbly.
