Ingredientes
- 1 lb Round, shoulder, or possibly chuck steak
- Â Â Cut 1-inch thick
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/3 c. Cooking fat
- Â Â Flour
Direcciones
- Rub meat with salt. Lb. all the flour possible into the steak. Sear in warm fat. Add in water. Cover. Simmer slowly till meat is tender. If you like, 1 c. tomatoes may be substituted for the water, or possibly 1/2 c. water may be used with the browned steak, and 1 c. lowfat sour cream added 30 min before the cooking is completed. 4 servings.
