Receta Plum Delicious Lamb Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1 (17 ounce.) can purple plums, liquid removed (reserve syrup)
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 pound lamb cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Pit plums and sieve. Add in 1/4 c. of reserved syrup. Add in next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add in meat and marinate overnight. Skewer meat and sprinkle salt and pepper. Grill over warm coals, basting and turning till done. Add in remaining syrup to marinade and heat. Pour over meat. Serves 4-6 people.
