- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 2 junior size baby food plums (3 sm. jars)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. pecans, minced
Direcciones
- Mix together all the ingredients. Don't use mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured tube or possibly Bundt pan.
