Receta Pog A Links, (Deep Fried Fish)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 c. water
- Fish, any kind, preferably caught in Lake Pogamissing
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together, blend in shortening. This will yield 4 1/2 c.. Take half of this mix and add in to it 1 egg and 1 c. water. Coat the fish pcs with this mix and deep fry at 375 degrees till golden on both sides. (This could also be done in an electric fry pan, but at Pog the use of an electric frying pan is not practical.) Yields 16 servings.
