Receta Polish Cutlets

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd veal (or possibly beef)
- 1/4 c. melted fat
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Combine meat, fat, lemon juice and seasonings. Form patties. Dip into egg mixed with the water. Brown in warm fat. Cook 15 min. Serve with Piqaunt Gravy. (Add in 1 Tbsp. flour to pan drippings. Add in 1 c. lowfat milk and cook till thick, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1 tsp. lemon juice.) Serves 8.
