Ingredientes
- 4 cups, all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup warm water, plus 2 to 3 Tbs. if needed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- l- 16.oz bag sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and finely chopped
- 1 cup sauteed onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 cups dried, pitted plums
- 1 lb. Farmer's Cheese
- 4Tbsp. sugar
