- 1 doz Large eggs
- 1/4 c. White Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 5 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 can Red Beets (1 Lb.)
- 1 lrg Onion, sliced
- 3 c. Water
Direcciones
- Hard boil Large eggs and peel. While Large eggs are still hot, boil together water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add in beets, onions, and Large eggs to warm mix.
- Chill at least 24 hrs.
