Receta Poppy Seed Bread Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 golden brown butter cake mix
- 4 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 c. warm water, not boiling
- 1 pkg. coconut pudding
- 1/4 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs, room temperature
Direcciones
- Mix cake mix and instant pudding mix. Add in poppy seeds, oil and warm water. Mix well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Pour into two 9 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake a 350 degrees for 15 min. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. Cold 10 min in pan, then put back on rack to finish cooling. This bread slices better if made the day before and refrigerated. Slice with a serrated knife.
