Receta Poppy Seed Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant Jello vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 15 min. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.
