Receta Chocolate Chip, Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 golden brown vanilla cake mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/3 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 pkg. poppy seeds
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. mini chocolate chips (16 ounce)
Direcciones
- Mix together everything except chocolate chips. Beat together approximately 5 min till well blended. Grease and flour bundt pan, heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix half package of chips into blended mix, pour into cake pan. Fold in rest of chips.Bake approximately 45 min, till toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min, invert onto plate. Sift confectioners' sugar over top.
