Receta Pork and Mushrooms Stir fry
Ingredientes
- Pork 250 g (sliced)
- Straw/Button mushroom(s) 250 g (halved)
- Baby corn 50 g (sliced) optional
- Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- For Marinade
- Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Water 2 tsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
Direcciones
- Mix pork with marinade.
- Parboil straw mushrooms and baby corn in boiling water. Drain.
- Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until almost done.
- Add straw mushrooms, baby corn and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.
- Stir well until pork is done.
- Serve with steamed rice.
