- 3 thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut
Direcciones
- Layer sliced potatoes and onion in crockpot. Pour sauerkraut over potatoes and onion. Place pork chops on top of mix and season with salt and pepper. Cook on low 8 to 10 hrs.
