Receta Pork And Sauerkraut Goulash

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. pork shoulder, cut in cubes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Heat shortening in pan. Add in minced onions and meat and brown. Add in salt, caraway, and paprika. Add in small amounts of water or possibly canned tomatoes to cover meat halfway. Cook slowly till meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hrs. Add in sauerkraut to meat. Cook 1/2 hour longer. After done, add in lowfat sour cream. Don't cook any longer. May be served with potato dumplings.
