  • 1 pound end pork chops, boned & diced
  • 1 tbsp. fat
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounce. pkg. spaghetti or possibly 1 1/2 c. dry macaroni twirls
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork in fat. Add in onion, celery; cook 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients except spaghetti or possibly macaroni and cheese. Simmer 30 min. Cook and drain spaghetti or possibly macaroni.
  2. Combine with meat mix in 2 qt casserole. Mix well and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly continue to simmer 30 min on range for a total of 60 min.
