Receta Pork, Chicken, And Shrimp Satay

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Parsley sprigs
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/4 c. Lemon basil leaves
  • 1 x Garlic clove smashed
  •     Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb Lean pork butt cut in 3/4" cubes
  • 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast cut in 3/4" cubes
  • 1/2 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined

Direcciones

  1. Soak eight 8-inch wooden skewers in hot water for at least 45 min before using. Thread pork, chicken, and shrimp on skewers, keeping them separate, and place skewers in a shallow glass baking dish.
  2. In workbowl of a food processor combine parsley, oil, onion, basil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt and cayenne. Process till smooth. Pour marinade over skewers and turn them several times to coat well. Marinate 30 min at room temperature or possibly cover and chill up to 3 hrs, turning skewers several times.
  3. Preheat grill. Add in skewers, pork first, then chicken, then shrimp, and grill till browned on all sides.
