  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • Seasoning salt

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork chops in greased pan. Sprinkle seasoning salt and set chops aside. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spoon mix into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 min.
