Receta Pork Chop Bake Microwave

Ingredientes
- 1 can (16 ounce.) sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) condensed cream of chicken/mushroom soup, undiluted
Direcciones
- Combine sauerkraut, onion and brown sugar in a 12 x 8 inch microwave dish. Toss lightly with fork. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if you like. Arrange chops over sauerkraut with meaty portions toward out side of dish. Top with soup. Microwave 18 min on '8', or possibly till pork chops are fork tender.
