Receta Sauerkraut Pork Chop Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 lb.) bag sauerkraut
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 lg. or possibly 2 med. onions (8 fairly thick slices)
- Oil for browning
- 1 pkg. brown or possibly pork gravy mix
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Put sauerkraut in 9x13 inch baking pan (dish, if using microwave). Brown chops quickly and place on top of sauerkraut. Brown onion slices and place one on each chop. Sprinkle gravy mix proportionately over above. Add in water proportionately (without totally washing gravy mix off of onion and chops).
- If using oven, cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- If using microwave, cover with wrap and cook on Roast setting 17 min. Let stand at least 3 min. Serves 4.
