Ingredientes
- 2 lg. boxes of brown and wild rice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, minced or possibly cut in half
- 1 lg. can chow mein vegetables, liquid removed
- 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup or possibly celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4-6 center cut pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Spray deep pan with Pam spray. Layer the first four ingredients. Add in water. Stir well. Put pork chops on top of mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. All ovens may vary but you do not want to get this dish to dry.
