Receta Pork Chop Meal For Two

Ingredientes
- 2 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. uncooked reg. rice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. minced apple
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1 sm. apple, sliced
Direcciones
- Brown chops in warm oil, remove and drain on paper towels. Add in onion and rice to drippings in skillet. Saute/fry till onion is tender and rice golden, stirring constantly.
- Place bouillon cube in warm water to dissolve. Add in to mix in pan and bring to a boil. Stir in minced apple. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush apple slices with sugar mix; arrange around chops. Bake uncovered an additional 20 min or possibly till rice and apples are tender.
