Receta Pork Chop Potato Bake

Ingredientes
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 c. thinly slices potatoes
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops in skillet. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream and 1/4 c. water in bowl; mix well. Layer potatoes, parsley, onion, soup mix and chops in 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.
