Receta Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 6 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 sm. potatoes (unpeeled)
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn English peas (thawed)
- 5 med. carrots (sliced)
- 4 sm. onions (quartered)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in an electric skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper; brown chops on both sides. Peel a 1 inch strip around center of each potato; add in to skillet with peas, carrots, onions and water. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 min or possibly till pork chops are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
