Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 6 x boneless pork chops, 1" thick
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce - (26 to 28 ounce)
- 1 pkt garlic Italian style shredded cheese (8 ounce)
- 16 ounce fettuccine cooked
- Â Â Fresh basil sprig for garnish
Direcciones
- Stir together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Dredge pork chops in breadcrumb mix.
- Brown chops in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chops in a lightly greased 11- by 7-inch baking dish; pour spaghetti sauce over chops.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 more min. Serve over warm cooked fettuccine. Garnish, if you like.
