Receta Pork Ribs (Dwaeji Kalbi)

Ingredientes
- 5 lb pork back ribs
- 1 piece ginger root - (1" long) chopped
- 1 x garlic clove finely minced
- 1 c. Korean chile paste
- 1/2 c. Korean malt syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Korean sesame oil
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- If ribs are not separated, separate by cutting meat between the bones. Place in large bowl.
- Combine ginger, garlic, chile paste, malt syrup, sugar, soy sauce, oil and pepper in large bowl. Rub marinade generously over meat. Cover and chill 3 hrs or possibly preferably overnight.
- Grill ribs over medium-high heat till done, about 5 to 6 min per side.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
