Receta Pork Ribs With A Barbecue Sauce

Ingredientes
- 8 x Barbecue-flavoured pork ribs
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Salad onions, trimmed and finely sliced
- 1 x Red chilli, deseeded and finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 x 397 g, (14oz) can minced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Clear honey
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Barbecue or possibly grill the ribs on a moderate heat for 20-25 min, turning occasionally.
- 2. Meanwhile make the sauce; heat the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan add in the salad onions and fry for 1 minute. Stir in the chilli and fry for a further minute.
- 3. Add in the vinegar then stir in the tomatoes and simmer gently for 5 min. Stir in the honey and seasoning, and simmer for a further 5 min, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Serve the pork ribs with the barbecue sauce. Delicious accompanied with egg noodles.
- NOTES : Traditional Barbecued spare ribs with a rich barbecue sauce. Ideal for those special summer occasions.
