- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh sage
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 12 â 14 wooden skewers, soaked into cold water for 30 minutes
