Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound grnd pork shoulder
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 onion, minced fine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Mix together grnd pork shoulder, uncooked rice, onion, salt and pepper; form into balls. Place in skillet, pour in tomatoes and water; simmer for two hrs, keeping the skillet covered.
