Receta Pork Tenderloin Javanese

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 6 Brazil nuts, grated
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. grnd coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- Warm Saffron rice, or possibly lightly curried rice, with currants
Direcciones
- Trim excess fat from meat. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Combine nuts, onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, seasonings and oil. Add in pork cubes; marinate for 10 min.
- Place pork on metal skewers; reserve marinade. Grill over coals, or possibly broil for about 10 min on each side, brushing once on each side with the reserved marinade. Serve pork on skewers along with warm rice. Serves 4-6.
