Ingredientes
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
Direcciones
- Cut tenderloin into 6 x 1/2 x 1/8 inch slices. Combine all ingredients except pork strips and mix well. Add in pork to marinade, cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill.
