Receta Pork With Shredded Cabbage

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound pork steak
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. rice wine
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 pound shredded cabbage
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Cut pork into match stick size pcs. Mix pork with sugar, salt, wine and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Let stand 10 min. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet or possibly wok. Stir fry cabbage for 1 min and remove from pan. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in wok and stir fry pork and garlic for 3 min. Add in cabbage, pepper and remaining soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 min.
