Receta Portuguese Orange Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 6 lrg Large eggs
- 2Â 1/4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Orange rind, grated
- Â Â Cinnamon
- Â Â Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Heat butter in microwave for 50 seconds on high. Beat sugar and Large eggs till smooth about 1 1/2 min. Blend in melted butter.
- Sift together flour and baking pwdr. Add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk to the egg mix. Stir in grated orange rind.
- Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold and sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly confectioners sugar.
- NOTES : Delicious with Strawberries in Port Wine sauce.
