- 2 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk or possibly whipping cream
- 8 ounce. can sm. bay oysters
- 1 teaspoon dry tarragon leaves (opt.)
Direcciones
- Simmer potatoes, onion, salt in water for 20 to 25 min or possibly till potatoes are done. Mash potatoes in pan add in lowfat milk, oysters, and tarragon leaves. Heat 2 to 3 min more. Add in salt to taste.
