Receta Potato & Cabbage Soup

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. or possibly 5 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 ounce. butter
- 1 pt. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounce. (1 c.) cream
Direcciones
- Put butter into a large pot, then add in onions and slowly cook them till slightly golden. Next, add in water, potatoes, cabbage, salt and pepper. Cook till tender, then add in cream and reheat while stirring.
