Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Veg. oil
- 1 x Clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Caraway seeds
- 4 lb Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin.
- 2 x Green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
- 2 x Onions, finely minced
- 1 c. Of water
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 x Tomatoes, peeled,seeded and minced Salt (you can vary the amount to your taste.)

- 1 In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic. 2 Add in the caraway seeds, paprika, and water. 3 Add in the potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. 4 Simmer for thirty min.
- Difficulty: easy. Time: 15 min preparation, 30 min cooking.
