Ingredientes
- 4 med potatoes scrubbed skin on
- 1 lrg onion sliced thinly
- 1 bag fresh spinach rinsed & sliced
- Â Â (stems removed)
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute (equiv. to 2 Large eggs)
- Â Â nonfat parmesan cheese (Kraft Free Brand )
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- Â Â Thyme
- Â Â Rosemary
- Â Â Black Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Layer slices of potato, onions, sprinkle seasonings & Parmesan, distribute slice/minced spinach as middle layer, sprinkle more Parmesan.
- For the top layer, potato, then onion.
- Mix lowfat milk & egg and pour over casserole.
- Seasonings & generously sprinkle ff. Parmesan.
- Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 30 min, remove foil and cook for appx 10 min more to brown cheese.
