Ingredientes

1 pkt potatoes au gratin mix - (5 1/2 ounce)
1 can Spam luncheon meat - (7 ounce) diced
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. lowfat milk
1 med tomato

Direcciones

In 1 1/2-qt casserole, combine potatoes, sauce mix, Spam, and green pepper. Pour in boiling water and lowfat milk; stir to mix well. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree oven 25 min. Stir well.
Slice tomato; halve each slice. Overlap tomato slices on top of casserole. Return to oven and bake 10 min longer. Let stand 5 min before serving.
