- 6 x strips bacon cooked, liquid removed, and crumbled
- 5 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
- 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. minced green onions Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Combine potatoes au gratin, bacon, Large eggs, cheese and green onions in a large bowl; transfer to 8-inch-square baking pan.
