Receta Ham And Cheese Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sliced peeled potatoes, cooked
- 1 c. Diced cooked ham
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh White pepper Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Combine potatoes, ham and onion in a greased 1-quart casserole; set aside. In a saucepan, heat butter or possibly medium heat; stir in flour till smooth.
- Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly till mix thickens and bubbles.
- Add in cheese, salt and pepper; stir till the cheese melts. Pour over potato mix and stir gently to mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
- Yield 2 servings.
