Receta Power Beef Burgers
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo minced beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Make sure they are thoroughly mixed.
- Scoop a heapful of meat the size of a baseball (more or less)
- Flatten into a nice patty then grill on a stove-top grill/pan.
- Grill until tender to your liking.
- Arrange the sandwich together with your choice of veggies.
- I use : mayo, catsup, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve.
