- 1 bag (7-lb) Krusteaz pakcake mix
- 1 c. Yellow corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 tsp Cayenne (grnd red pepper)
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Store in an air-tight container for future use. For a regular batch, use 3 c. of the mix and add in just sufficient water to make a stiff batter. Coat wieners with batter and deep-fry in oil.
