Receta Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. pumpkin (I have used Boston marrow squash instead of pumpkin & it was delicious)
- 3 c. sugar
- Nuts & raisins (opt.)
Direcciones
- Sift first 5 ingredients together and set aside. Put together beaten large eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Add in to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (can add in 1/2 to 1 cup minced nuts and 1/2 cup raisins, if you like). Makes 2 loaves.
