Receta Pumpkin Cheese Crescents

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1 x egg separated
- 16 ounce Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 can pumpkin pie filling
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk. Mix together pie filling and spice; set aside. Separate dough into 16 triangles; place on lightly greased baking sheets. Spread 1 Tbsp. of cream cheese mix near the edge of the short side of each triangle. Top with 1 tbsp. pie filling.
- Fold long point of triangle over filling and tuck under dough.
- Lightly beat egg white; brush over rolls. Bake at 350F for 15-20 min or possibly till golden.
