Receta Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Cake mix
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pkt Cream cheese, (8 ounce.) softened
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated, (14 ounce.) lowfat milk)
- 1 can Pumpkin (about 2 c.), (16 ounce.)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Minced nuts

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine, and 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice till crumbly.
- Press onto bottom of greased 9x13 casserole or possibly 10x15 jellyroll pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed lowfat milk, then remaining 2 Large eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoon pumpkin spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till set. Cold. Chill; cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
