- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground Nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground Allspice
- ½ cup Apple Juice
- ½ tsp Orange Zest
- ½ cup fresh or frozen or dried Cranberries (I used dried ones)
