Receta Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredientes
- 1 can canned pumpkin, large can not the pumpkin pie
- Â Â filling
- 1 pkt pudding mix, Jell-O SF FF instant, butters
- 1 pkt pudding mix, Jell-O SF FF instant, vanilla
- 3 c. skim lowfat milk
- Â Â pumpkin pie spice to taste
Direcciones
- Mix lowfat milk and pudding with hand mixer. Add in pumpkin and spice. Chill.
- Makes approximately six 1-c. servings.
- Each serving may be counted as 1 serving toward your fruit/vegetable requirement for the day, as well as 1/2 serving toward your lowfat milk requirement for the day.
- NOTES : Here is one of my favorite recipes which I have come across. It's especially great to keep around in the fall!!
